Can each of our clients have a separate review portal?

Yes. Each client gets a portal of their own, one page with the videos, galleries and plans you share with that client, and it only shows the versions you've shared with them. Every video also has its own review link, with an optional password and expiration date. Clients leave feedback without creating an account; depending on how you set up the portal, they open it straight away, type their name and email, or sign in with a code sent to their email.

How does pricing work for large agency teams?

All plans include unlimited users. You pay a flat monthly fee — $49 (Creator), $99 (Pro), or $279 (Studio) — regardless of how many team members or clients access the platform.

Does RecReview integrate with our existing tools?

On the Pro and Studio plans, RecReview offers webhooks that fire on key events like delivery, approval, and new comments. You can connect these to Zapier, Make, or custom integrations to sync with your project management and invoicing tools.
