How Silvertake Vídeo delivers 20% more with the same team.
The production company where RecReview was born — and the first place it had to pay for itself.

Who Silvertake Vídeo is
For ten years Silvertake Vídeo has produced for companies — corporate, learning content, campaigns and always-on programs for brands like QuintoAndar, XP Educação, Algar Telecom, Thoughtworks and Bernoulli. Over 8,000 videos delivered, mostly in continuous flows: dozens of cuts a month, each with a script, a shoot, an edit, a review and a client approval.
The challenge
The process wasn't messy — quite the opposite. The operation already ran optimized: tasks and hours in RunRun.it, video review on Frame.io, delivery control in spreadsheets. The problem was the stitching.
To glue the three ends together, a web of Make and Zapier automations pushed data back and forth — spreadsheet to RunRun.it, RunRun.it to Frame.io, everything back into the spreadsheet. Four subscriptions to maintain, automations that broke silently, and no answer to simple questions: how long does a cut wait on the client? How many versions until approval? What is blocked right now — and why?
The turning point
At the end of January 2026 the whole operation moved to RecReview: script, shoot plan, upload, timecoded review, client-portal approval and delivery — in one place. Years of history came along, imported from RunRun.it and Frame.io, so nobody started from zero.
The automation web was switched off that same week — it no longer needed to exist. What Make and Zapier used to push from spreadsheet to spreadsheet became simply how the platform works.
Today
A cut goes up and AI reviews it before any human eye: audio, black frames, compliance with the approved script. The editor hands it to the client through the portal, the approval lands with a timestamp, and "what is blocked?" became a board anyone on the team can open and read.
Every cut, one place.
Videos under review per month, 2021–2026. Review used to live on Frame.io — and some cuts never went through it at all.
Same months, same team.
March–August 2025 against March–August 2026, same team: 20% more videos delivered on the same working hours. The gain is process, not overtime.

Four subscriptions, cut from the bill.
Frame.io, RunRun.it, Zapier and Make were cancelled in the same month — spreadsheets included. On software alone the switch saves about R$ 1,500 a month: the RecReview Studio plan costs roughly half of what the old stack did, while doing more.

“RecReview was born inside Silvertake because no tool covered a production company's full workflow. We don't use our own numbers as decoration: we use them as proof the product pays for itself — here first, then in your studio.”
Samuel — founder, RecReview & Silvertake Vídeo
