The client portal is one page per client, holding everything you share with them: videos for review, photo galleries, scripts, production plans, recording dates and deadlines. Set it up once per client, then send the link.
Before you begin
Only workspace administrators can create or edit clients.
Turn the portal on
- In the app header, open the client dropdown and click Manage, then the client’s name.
- Open the Portal tab.
- Switch Delivery Portal on. The portal becomes publicly reachable at its link.
- Under Portal link, click Copy link. This is the URL you send the client.
The link gives access to every non-archived video of this client.
Note: Use Get new link if the URL leaked or a contact left the client. The previous link stops working immediately.
Choose who can access
Still in the Portal tab, under Who can access, pick one:
- Anyone with the link — direct access, no signup. Fastest, but you never know who watched.
- Ask for name and email — the visitor identifies themselves before seeing anything.
- Verified login — email code, or Google or Microsoft. Only this mode ties activity to a known contact and unlocks the portal profile and notification preferences.
Optional settings
- Allow download before approval, in the Downloads section of the Portal tab: the client can download a video that is not approved yet. Each download is logged and the team is notified.
- Restrict by Domain, on the General tab: fill in Website Domain and turn the toggle on, so only emails at that domain can get in.
What’s next
Add the people who will actually review — see Add client contacts — then walk through what your client sees.
Your client has their own guide: For your clients — send it with the first link.
