Every new workspace starts on a 15-day trial. No credit card, no checkout, nothing to cancel if you walk away.
What you get during the trial
- Studio-level features, including the 10 GB maximum file size.
- 1,000 AI minutes.
- 500 GB of storage.
- Unlimited team members and clients, like every plan.
To see how many days are left, click your avatar, choose Workspace Settings and open the Billing tab. It shows a Trial · N days remaining badge, plus your AI minute and storage usage.
Make the 15 days count
One real job end to end tells you far more than clicking around an empty workspace. A useful order:
- Upload a cut you are actually working on and let the AI review run.
- Invite one teammate and leave time-coded comments on the same version.
- Send a review link to a real client and watch how they respond.
- Upload the next version and compare it against the first.
When the trial ends
The workspace stays exactly where you left it. Videos, comments, tasks and clients are untouched, and you and your team keep signing in. What stops is new work:
- New uploads are blocked.
- The AI review is blocked.
The Billing tab switches to Trial expired — subscribe to continue, with the plan list right below.
If you need a few more days
Once your trial has expired, RecReview offers a one-time Extend trial by 7 more days. Owners and admins can use it once per workspace, and only after the trial has run out.
Note: Subscribing starts a fresh billing period. Your AI minute counter goes back to zero and the new plan’s storage limit applies immediately.
