Reply, mention and react

A comment is the start of a thread. Replies stay under the original note, so the timeline keeps one marker per topic instead of five.

Reply to a comment

  1. Hover the comment and click Reply.
  2. Write your answer.
  3. Choose Team or Public on the reply toggle if you need to keep the answer internal.
  4. Click Send.

Replies you wrote can be edited or deleted from the same row.

Mention someone

Type @ in the comment box and pick from the list. The list offers:

  • Workspace members — the people on your team.
  • Client contacts — the people registered for that client.
  • The client as a group — one entry that reaches the client’s contacts without you having to name them.

Whoever you mention gets notified. Deleting the @name from the text before sending removes the mention along with it.

Note: On a team-only comment, only workspace members can be mentioned. A private note never notifies the client side.

React to a comment

Click the smiley on a comment and pick one of 👍 ❤️ 😂 😮 😢 😡. Clicking a reaction you already left removes it. Reactions are the quickest way to say “seen” or “agreed” without adding another line to the thread.

Who sees what

Visitors on a share link see public comments and public replies only. Anything marked team-only stays with the workspace — see Team-only and private comments.

What’s next

When a thread is settled, close it: Resolve and track comments.

Frequently asked questions

Who can I mention?
Members of the workspace, the contacts registered for the client, and the client as a group. If you are viewing through a link without being a registered contact, only the client group is offered.
